She’s a force of nature in the legal arena. As the founder and Managing Partner of The Spencer Firm, Deyka brings a wealth of experience and an unwavering commitment to justice.

Before establishing The Spencer Firm, Deyka proudly served as a Public Defender in Montgomery County, Maryland, and as a Public Interest attorney for AARP’s Legal Counsel for the Elderly. She also worked within the litigation department and corporate departments gaining a versatile perspective of the legal field.
